How do you charge?
Our pricing is simple and all-inclusive, we charge by volume, meaning how much space the items take up. Do note, we do not take excessively heavy items such as dirt, concrete, stone, etc.
Do you charge extra for labor, gas, & dump fees?
We do not! Our price is all inclusive.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or credit card (we do not charge credit card fees!).
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes, we are licensed, and carry general liability insurance, as well as workers comp!
Do I need to dismantle my items and have them outside?
You do not! We will take care of that and it is included in your quote.
Do you offer no contact pickup?
Yes we do!
Which areas do you service?
Our primary service areas are: All of: Fairfax County, Prince William County, & Loudoun County. We may be able to service other areas on a case-by-case basis.
What happens with my items?
At Junk Maven we do what we can to minimize our impact on the environment and work with local charities to provide your items to the people who need it most. After we have removed your items, we donate whatever we can to local charities, recycle whatever could not be donated, & bring the remainder to the local dump.
What equipment do you use?
At this time we have a dump truck (pictured above).
What time are you open?
We’re open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM
to 6:00 PM. Need help outside these hours? Please give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate
your needs!
Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we are! Saturdays are our busiest days so we highly recommend booking those as soon as possible.
Are you able to move items for me from one location to another?
No, unfortunately, we are not movers, however, we work with several movers in the area and can provide referrals!
Do you provide any other services?
Yes, we do! We offer shed demolition.
Is there anything you cannot take?
We are unable to take any chemicals (this includes paint), flammable materials, excessively heavy items (see above), medical waste, and gas canisters.
